Job Description:
As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth tax compliance and reporting for our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our dedicated tax team and optimizing our tax processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and providing strong leadership to our skilled tax team, overseeing the preparation and filing of accurate tax returns and related documentation.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant local and national tax laws and regulations, safeguarding our company’s compliance with the highest standards.
- Conducting comprehensive tax research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for tax savings and process enhancements.
- Collaborating closely with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely and precise tax reporting.
- Providing valuable guidance and support to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Providing high-level tax advice, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to support our clients in optimizing their tax position, managing tax risk, and fulfilling their tax compliance obligations.
- Collaborating seamlessly with our successful Corporate Tax team, contributing to their continued growth and success through your specialized skills and contributions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To excel in this role, we seek the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance and planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in local and national tax laws and regulations, ensuring tax compliance at all times.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, empowering you to lead our tax team and work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
