The purpose of this announcement is to provide information to Taxpayers regarding the availability of Helpdesk Services for Assistance with the Filing of the Annual Tax Return (SPT) for Fiscal Year 2025 within the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) as well as its other vertical units. This facility is provided to ensure the smooth process and convenience for Taxpayers in fulfilling their tax filing obligations.
The following are several key provisions in Announcement Number PENG-10/PJ.09/2026:
- LOCATION, OPERATING HOURS, AND TYPES OF SERVICES
The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) provides Helpdesk Services for Assistance with the Filing of Annual Tax Returns located at the Buddhi Building Hall, 1st Floor, DJP Head Office, Jalan Gatot Subroto Kavling 40–42, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. These services are also available at the nearest DJP Vertical Units, including the Regional Offices of DJP, Tax Service Offices (KPP), and Tax Service, Counseling, and Consultation Offices (KP2KP).
The services operate Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. The types of services provided include:
- Changes to the Taxpayer’s email address and mobile phone number;
- Activation of the Taxpayer’s Coretax account;
- Generation and validation of the DJP Authorization Code (KODJP) or electronic certificate; and/or
- Assistance with the completion of the Individual Income Tax Annual Return (SPT Tahunan PPh Orang Pribadi)
- REGISTRATION PROVISIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR BOOKING QUEUES
To obtain Helpdesk Assistance Services at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Taxpayers are required to use the online queue system through the web-based booking application “Kunjung Pajak.” This application is intended to manage visit schedules so that services can be delivered in a more orderly, prompt, and efficient manner in accordance with the available quota.
The procedures for using the Kunjung Pajak booking application are as follows:
- Prepare the Taxpayer’s personal data/identification information;
- Visit the official website at https://kunjung.pajak.go.id/;
- Click the “Register” button and fill in the identity details in the Prospective Visitor Information section;
- Select the desired type of service and preferred visit schedule;
- After receiving the queue information, the Taxpayer clicks the “Booking” button;
- Save the queue ticket number sent to the registrant’s email, or take a screenshot of the queue ticket number to present to the officer during the visit.
Taxpayers are advised to ensure their presence at the location 10 (ten) minutes prior to the scheduled visit time stated on the queue ticket and to bring valid identification. The officer will verify the queue ticket number against the Taxpayer’s identification upon arrival.
