SW Indonesia Reminds Important Dates of Reports and Program Submission in Indonesia

01. LAST CALL: KPPK Report – Offshore Borrowings

KPPK report is a report containing information which is the result of an assessment by an independent public accountant and has been examined based on the Attestation Procedure.
The KPPK report based on the Attestation Procedure must be submitted no later than June 30, 2022 for the financial year from January 1 to December 31, 2021.

02. LAST CALL: Debitor’s Audited Financial Statements to the Bank

The audited financial statements are one of the sources of information used by bank in determining credit decisions. Commonly June 30 is the deadline for submitting financial statements for companies is registered as debtor to bank, based on SW Indonesia’s experience in providing audit service.

03. LAST CALL: LKPM Report – Investment Activities

LKPM report is a report on the progress of investment realization and problems faced by businesses that must be prepared and submitted periodically. July 10 is the deadline for submitting LKPM report to Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), either Semester 1 for Small Business, or Quarter 2 for Medium and Big Business.

04. LAST CALL: Volunteer Disclosure Program 2022

The Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS) is a tax program for taxpayers to disclose assets that have not been declared. This program starts from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 and it is intended for individuals to improve tax compliance and encourage Indonesia’s economic growth.
